• 12 fresh shrimps, unshelled with their tails
• 30 gr of fresh onion, finely chopped
• 1 pinch fleur de sel by Salt Odyssey®
• Freshly ground pepper
• Bean sprouts
• 2 tbs teriyaki
• juice from a lime
• 1 vodka shot
• 1 tbs olive oil
Place the shrimps in a bowl and add all the ingredients except olive oil and sprouts. Marinate for 25 minutes.
Put the olive oil in a hot pan and fry the (drained) shrimps for just half a minute without mixing, then stir once, remove on a plate and serve garnishing with the sprouts and the chopped onion.
